A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide support to K-12 students in the Boulder City area. This role involves delivering PT services across multiple school locations, focusing on individualized student care in an educational setting. The assignment is for the current school year and requires onsite presence.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Nevada Physical Therapy license is mandatory.
- Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 environment preferred.
- Ability to commit to specific interview availability as scheduling is strict and rescheduling is not preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple sites and stakeholders.
Location:
- Boulder City, NV area, serving students at North Valley, Cadence, and Southwest school sites.
Responsibilities:
- Provide PT services for one student at North Valley, three students at Cadence, and two students at Southwest schools.
- Deliver effective and individualized PT interventions following school policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory and educational requirements.
- Participate in interviews and scheduling as requested by the district.
